Use of an MIQ product by a customer organization is governed by a separate written agreement between that organization and Metropolis IQ, which is not published on the Website. If these Terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls for the product.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, reverse engineering our technology, infringing on our intellectual property, reselling or redistributing our content or services without permission, interfering with the operation or security of the Website, using automated means to submit forms or to extract content other than as permitted by our robots.txt file, and any other activities commonly deemed unacceptable for websites.
