Trying it first

What does MIQ Studio cost?
MIQ Studio is $25,000 annually and includes ten working seats. If more people in your organization need seats, they are added in blocks of ten for $5,000 annually. Viewers are free.
Can multiple departments use MIQ Studio?
Yes. Your organization's administrator provisions access and manages users, roles and sharing, so you decide who is included. MIQ Studio includes ten working seats, and more can be added in blocks of ten.
Who can see the work we produce?
You share work with the people you name, with View or View-and-Download access. Board members, elected officials and partner organizations can be given access to specific reports and dashboards without consuming a seat.
Who owns what we create with MIQ?
The reports and analysis you create with MIQ are yours to use, publish and share. Put them in board packets, grant applications and client deliverables. The licensed data underneath them stays licensed: you do not receive ownership of it or the right to redistribute it.

Can we try it first?
There is no self-service trial account, because access is provisioned by your administrator, but we do run trials. We scope one with you, agree what it needs to prove, and include onboarding. The first step is a conversation with our team.
Can we buy fewer seats?
Ten is the minimum and it is included in the price, so there is nothing smaller to buy. In practice ten rarely binds, because anyone who only needs to read the work can be given viewer access at no cost.
